Malmo™ luxury vinyl rigid wide plank flooring is also suitable for use with encased water pipe underfloor heating and carries a 15 year domestic warranty / 7 year commercial warranty.

Malmo™ can be specified with confidence for a wide variety of other commercial and domestic applications due in part to its r10 slip resistance rating and has a waterproof core, is easy to cut, light to carry and has a 1mm underlay built-in, so there is no need to buy additional underlay, making it a cost effective flooring solution.
