WILL THERE BE MULTIPLE DELIVERIES IF A RANGE OF PRODUCTS ARE BOUGHT?

Because products come from a range of manufacturers you may have multiple delivery slots. This will be clarified when you speak to a member of our team when placing your order.

WHEN IS FREE DELIVERY APPLIED?

We offer free delivery on all products when you have spent over £500

WHEN WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PRODUCTS ARE BEING DELIVERED?

After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation. Following this you will receive another email including the time of your delivery. We will also send a reminder email the day before delivery. Depending on the supplier for the products ordered, DPD tracking may be available. You can also call our support team for delivery updates. Please see our Track your Order section.

We offer nationwide delivery on the majority of products.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERIES?

We require a signature for all deliveries.
