WILL THERE BE MULTIPLE DELIVERIES IF A RANGE OF PRODUCTS ARE BOUGHT?
Because products come from a range of manufacturers you may have multiple delivery slots. This will be clarified when you speak to a member of our team when placing your order.
WHY IS FREE DELIVERY ON SOME BUT NOT ALL PRODUCTS?
We are unable to offer free delivery on all products due to differences in weight, size and courier from certain manufacturers.
WHEN WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PRODUCTS ARE BEING DELIVERED?
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation. Following this you will receive another email including the time of your delivery. We will also send a reminder email the day before delivery. Depending on the supplier for the products ordered, DPD tracking may be available. You can also call our support team for delivery updates. Please see our Track your Order section.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY TIME OR ADDRESS IF I’VE ALREADY PLACED THE ORDER?
You will be unable to change your delivery time or address after confirming this at checkout. Please call our customer services team as soon as possible if you anticipate any issues.

DO I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEE IF I WANT TO ADD TO MY ORDER?
You will have to pay an additional delivery fee if you wish to add to your order. However, please contact our customer services team prior to ordering to confirm this. Free delivery applies to all appliances, sinks and taps.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF CORNWALL?
We do deliver outside of Cornwall, before you purchase please contact us with your post code to confirm we deliver in your area

You will need to sign for your deliveries.
WHAT IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?
